Jesus taught forgiveness throughout His ministry. He knew that peace cannot be expressed\u00a0 in an angry heart.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Whenever I feel resentment, I choose to forgive. I forgive myself, knowing that at any given time, I am doing the best I can. I immerse myself in love for myself and others, because love transforms every hurt. As I love and forgive, I feel my burdens lift.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I open myself to God&#8217;s unconditional love and extend God&#8217;s love to others. I accept forgiveness.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Peace is what I want, and forgiveness is the way.
